An Introduction
To ARC Bible School

Established in 2019, ARC Bible school (ABS) exists to equip the saints for the work of ministry. ABS is a ministry of ARC Global and aims to provide new believers with a foundation of the Christian faith and provide a stepping stone to further theological studies.

Our Offer to you

We offer a 2 year Theology course at ARC Bible School. We believe every Christian should be eager to receive the word like the Bereans in Acts 17:11 and examine the scriptures daily. Studying at ABS will provide you with the essential tools to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who has no need to be ashamed, rightly handling the word of truth (2 Timothy 2:15).

Year 1 - Theology explained

The course content for the first year begins with Introduction to Theology which covers how to study the Bible and understanding which Bible translations are reliable.

Moving through to the next unit, Old & New Testament Survey will provide the knowledge aiding you to have an in depth overview of each book of the Bible, which will essentially help with studying the Bible. Doctrine of God comes next and within this unit you will learn about how God has revealed Himself to us which will transform how you view and relate to God. God reveals Himself as Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

The next unit is Christology where we learn further about the second member of the Godhead.  Soteriology is the second to last unit. Here will cause you to reflect on your salvation and delve deeply into the nature, order and consequences of being saved.

Last, but certainly not least, the final unit is Pneumatology which is the study of the Holy Spirit, who has been referred to as the anonymous member of the Godhead.

Year 2 - theology explained

Moving through to the second year, your course begins with a unit on Christian Doctrine. Within this unit, you will explore key Christian beliefs deeper such as creation, which grapples with: is Science compatible with the Bible? Eschatology comes next in the line up where you will journey through scriptures to gain an understanding of the end times. Church History follows and you will learn from the past whilst looking to the future. We cover a broad range of topics pertaining to history such as the emergence of Christianity as well as its decline in the UK, also we take a close look at Christian revivals. Christian Ethics is a unit that will require you to use the tools gained to study the Bible accurately and use that to decipher how Christians should respond to practical modern day issues. Practical Theology, your final unit and a course favorite among students will cover a broad range of topics relating to the church and ministry for example: church governance, worship and how to preach etc.
